Doors and Finishes
Below is a sampling of door and drawer front styles available. Stain is brushed and hand rubbed on, not sprayed. We feel this application allows for the stain to penetrate the wood better rather than just laying on the surface which can more easily be scratched. This method of applying the stain allows the beauty of the wood to show through rather than covering it up. After staining the doors thay are sprayed with two coats of vinyl sealer, sanded with 220 grit sandpaper, then sprayed with a minimum of one coat of catalyzed topcoat. This same process is used for the cabinets, inside and out.
Stain color is your choice. If your trying to match something existing we have had real good luck getting as close as we feel possible. If we feel we're not able to mix the color ourselves we are lucky to have a source we can send a door, or whatever else available, to get good results. If your using a specific brand and color of stain on other areas of your project we can purchase that to match.
